ナガモトマイ：幼い頃から絵を描きはじめ、独学で現在も描き続けている。自身の人生をもとに誰しもが子供の頃に持っていた純真さ無邪気さを、大人になっていくにつれ心の隅に姿を表す陰鬱さをポップな色彩と相反する深く暗い色彩や造形で表現した作品を展開しています。また、企業との商品企画・監修、コラボレーション、2014年からはソフビフィギュアの造形、塗装、販売など商業フィールドも含めて意欲的に活動範囲を拡げています。

MAI NAGAMOTO: Mai began drawing when she was a child and continues to do so to this day as a self-taught artist. Based on her own life, her works express the innocence and innocence that everyone had as a child, and the gloom that appears in the corners of our hearts as we grow older, with deep, dark colours and shapes that are at odds with the pop colours. In addition, the scope of her activities is ambitiously expanding to include commercial fields, such as product planning, supervision and collaboration with companies, as well as the modelling, painting and sales of soft vinyl figures since 2014.
